We aim to collect only what we need. Depending on how you interact with Veriscia, that may include:

• contact details you provide when you email us or request a demonstration
• information you choose to send us in correspondence
• questions submitted to the interactive demonstration on this website
• standard technical information recorded when a web page is served, such as IP address and browser type

How we use it

Personal information is used to respond to enquiries, to provide and improve the service, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your own browser and is never transmitted to us.

Demonstration questions

Questions typed into the interactive demonstration are sent to our servers so a response can be produced. Please do not enter confidential, personal, or commercially sensitive information into it.

Disclosure and service providers

This website and the services behind it are hosted on Cloudflare’s global network. Cloudflare operates servers in many countries, so information handled in the course of serving this site may be stored or processed outside Australia.

We also use an email provider to receive and respond to correspondence. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information or disclose it for advertising.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and is then deleted or de-identified.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us at the address below. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please raise it with us first so we can investigate.
